Both Rexburg Air Service and Copter Doctor offer self service fueling of 100LL and Jet A. These belowground tanks are located adjacent to Rexburg Air Service. Fuel trucks are also available for aircraft fueling.

Several parking areas are available for automobile parking at Rexburg-Madison County Airport.

General aviation facilities have been developed along the entire west side of the runway. The majority of these hangars provide individual aircraft storage, with only a few hangars offering multiple aircraft storage.

There are two aircraft parking aprons available at the Rexburg-Madison County Airport. The north apron has approximately 12,000 square yards of paved area and provides 39 tiedowns for aircraft parking. The south apron totals approximately 11,000 square yards of paved area and provides seven tiedowns for larger aircraft parking.
